Packaging & Commissioning: 1. Party B shall notify Party A in writing before the equipment is shipped: the date of delivery, the expected date of arrival, and the matters that Party A needs to prepare. 2. Party B's installer follows the equipment to Party A's installation site to guide the unloading. 3. Party A shall provide assistance for Party B's installation and commissioning under the existing conditions. Party A provides auxiliary tools to assist in installation and provide general tools. Ensure that Party B can basically understand the operation knowledge of the normal operation of the machine and the basic debugging of the stable operation of the machine. 4. Party B's installation personnel shall strictly abide by the relevant regulations of Party A's factory during the installation period, and shall obtain Party A's written consent if they need to work overtime.

Training services:
Party B is responsible for the installation and commissioning of the equipment, and conducts training on the operation and maintenance of Party A's operators, and ensures that Party A's operators can independently and skillfully carry out, operate and maintain the equipment.

Waiver of Warranty Obligations: For the machine failure, abnormal work or damage caused by the following reasons, our company does not assume the obligation of free warranty, please choose the paid service. 1. When your machine is out of warranty; 2. You fail to use and maintain the machine according to the requirements of the manual or man-made damage; 3. Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters (such as floods, earthquakes, fires, etc.).
